The National Council of 56 Clubs (NCC) was established in 1992 and serves as an umbrella organization for the many Department 56 Clubs throughout North America and the Philippines. Through its' relationship with Department 56, several exclusively commissioned lighted buildings and accessories have been offered for sale to the member clubs.
